This is an email from one of my customers. Dear Jorge, You can trust me on this because I use it a lot and have tried many different brands. I cannot use regular hair dye because I am allergic to ppd's which are in all hair colorings. Fortunately pure henna does not contain it. The problem I have encountered with other brands/sellers have been related to poor sifting or no sifting at all. This results in large pieces of debris, leaves and twigs. The second problem I encountered with other brands was that the henna was old, and when I added my terpenes and lemon oil, very little color was released, if at all. Sometimes I have had no change in color, and just wasted my money on purchasing it (I have hair to my waist, so I have to use a lot of henna!). But don't let anyone tell you this is not a good product you are selling. It is outstanding, and I have a lot to compare it to.
