Skin Grips Needles Razor bumps - how to get rid of?
I am a male with persistent razor bumps from ingrown facial hairs. I use Mach 3 razor and King of Shaves shaving cream. I use Bump Patrol as an aftershave and it helps to lessen and eliminate some of the razor bumps. The rest never go away.
The Bump Patrol box advises you to tweeze out the persistent ingrown hairs. I tried to tweeze them but I can't get a grip on the ingrown hairs even with needle tweezers. Shoud I use exfoliants to try to free the ingrown hairs? Should I use hydrocortisone to lessen the redness?
I also have salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and mandelic acid I could use. I am wondering what is the perfect combo of skin products to use to solve this problem once and for all?
