I have dark blonde hair and currently dye the tips with red L'Oreal Color Pulse. I love the color, but it washes out wayyyy too quickly. Looking in to henna options, and hoping for a dark to primary red (the color, not the natural hair color, if that makes sense). Anyone used any kind of henna dye before? How'd that go?
I hear it takes ages and such, but I'm okay with that if it'll last.
I'm hoping to use a paste as opposed to something I'd have to mix with various ingredients.
Currently considering this: Surya Nature - Henna Cream Hair Coloring with Natural Extracts (Red)
Much as I hate to order hair care off the internet.
anything that is a commercial product, cream hair color is not really henna.
Use pure 100 % henna powder you mix yourself for beautiful color and ease, and safe and natural.
Try it, you will like it.
This is great stuff! Our cones are hand rolled and contain 50 grams of glitter paste instead of the typical 10 grams! The hand rolled cone makes it easier to work with than small flat cones and the extra glitter lets you work with large designs with no fear of running out of glitter gel paste. Use it straight from the cone or use it with Beachcombers! Applicator Bottles. Glitter paste can be used to accent henna tattoos (both before the henna is dry and after the paste is removed), create glitter tattoos, or be used as bindi and other facial decorations. Once dry the glitter will stay on all day, until it's peeled away. Perfect for... Belly Dancers/Tribal Dancers, School & Team Spirit Events, Club & Organization Events, Holidays, Stage Make-up, Just for fun! Specially made for Beachcombers! in India with non-toxic cosmetic grade plastic glitter (not metal) and gilding gel (glucose, gum, mineral water, and myrtle oil). There is no henna in Beachcombers! Glitter Paste. This Multi-Pack includes one cone each of Gold, Silver, Purple, Indigo Blue, and red.
