I have this avatar which is trying on the following:
# Face 1 w/Dark Brown Eyes
# Asian Lake Temple Background
# Traditional Dancer Outfit
# Traditional Hair Style w/Bindi
# Rangoli

so when i update this avatar and save the changes, this avatar does not appear on my messenger. Just the background, the face appears.
please note i have not magnified the avatar or something like tht..its there in its original size but does not appear completely on my messenger

maybe u can refresh it several times can fix d problm..
check d settings..
